Exclusive Latte Art workshop
“Coffee smells like freshly ground heaven.” Jessi Lane Adams
An artful adornment on a cappuccino, caffelatte or latte macchiato is always something your guests will be enthusiastic about, and it will make the icing on the cake of every coffee drinking experience. The coffee ornament is proof of its creator’s technical perfection and thus a hallmark for quality.
The German Latte Art Champion Eric Wolf will convey his skills and the knowledge of how a good barista becomes an outstanding coffee artist to the workshop’s participants. His focus will not be set only on teaching the “art of milk foam“, but also the perfect technique of frothing the milk, the differences between single milk types and the effects of various coursing settings when grinding.
